I have spent my entire career working in the medical field. Coming from a family of healers in both the holistic and conventional realm, I literally grew up in a doctor’s office, interacting with patients and members of the medical community. This exposure helped me understand the importance of the mind, body connection in relation to overall health at a very early age. I use this connection today to help clients realize their best and healthiest selves as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and Licensed Massage Therapist. This connection is equally as important in support as a Grief Companion and End of Life Doula.

Massage, Hypnosis, Reiki, Bioenergetic Rebalancing
I am trained and practice various massage modalities including PTSD, craniosacral, myofascial release, oncology and cellulite/toning massage. I am studied in Tibetan and Usui reiki traditions and have certifications in clinical hypnosis and Quantum Healing Hypnosis. Using a personalized combination of these, I can create a personalized session called Bioenergetic Rebalancing ™
Grief Companion and End of Life Doula
I provide non-medical professional services relating to end of life, grief and logistical support services for a client and/or their families. Services include companionship, funeral arrangement, trust/will/durable power of attorney resources, errands and light housekeeping, home de-cluttering and organization, transition support and after-death support.
